50 cl bottle at Bishops Arms Marinan, the "new" one, on July 23, 2010BB 29.10.10Clear dark brown color, medium tan head. Smoke, sausage, sweet, malty, salty scent. Fruity, esters, alcohol, metallic, square taste. Medium thin mouthfeel, low bitterness. Smoke aftertaste.

50 cl bottle at Bishops Arms Marinan "new one", Helsingborg on July 23, 2010BB 02.10.10Hazy golden color, medium off-white head. Malty, grainy, sweet, caramel scent. Medium dry, grainy, a bit harsh bitter, malty, fruity taste. Medium mouthfeel, medium bitterness.

50 cl bottle at Dahlbergs, Helsingborg. On July 22, 2010BB 11.01.11Apricot, fruity scent. Sweet, acidic, apple, malty, alcohol taste. Medium mouthfeel, low bitterness. Cloudy orange color, white head.

500ml bottle. Pours a hazy dark amber with a small lasting head. Aroma is of caramel, some bread and grassy notes. Mostly bitter at the end. Little watery and too gassy for me.

Bottle, 2010-06-06, Göteborg, thx to Jonte AR: mild, wee scence of dark bread an rosted malt AP: dark amber wee head F: some fudge, dryness, medium low bitterness overall thin caracater (didn’t help that we had some of Ekstedt’s lovely Triples before this one!)

Cask (handpump) @ Wenlock Arms, 26 Wenlock Road, London, Greater London England N1 7TA.Clear medium to dark yellow color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, light moderate hoppy, citrus, lemon, fruity, mandarin. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, fruity, lemon, mandarin. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20100101]

Cask (handpump) @ The White Hart, London, Greater London, England.Clear dark red brown color with a average, creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, dark berry, coffee and chocolate notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate to light light heavy bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily and smooth, carbonation is soft to flat. [20091227]
