Italian version. Pours light gold with decent white head. Aroma is malty with corn and pleasant herbal hops. It is rather dry, some corn sweetness and a touch of herbal bitterness. OK.

Review based on the BJCP2021 guidelines (style 2A). Bottle 33 cl - Batch L4111 2 04 (BB: 20/04/2025). AROMA: medium-low to low malt aroma with a slightly sweet and corn character. slightly herbaceous hop note. APPEARANCE: cristal clear pale yellow color. medium-low moussy white head with style average retention. TASTE: medium-low to low neutral malt and corn with a slight sweet character. low herbaceous hop note and low oxidation (paper). medium bitterness with a dry and slightly malty finish. MOUTHFEEL: medium-low to low body with medium to medium-high carbonation. OVERALL: an average pale lager within the style.

Sweet malts, caramel, and biscuit. Quite balanced. Fantastic view for my last beer in Japan, from the 22nd floor of the Asahi building. What a trip this has been, arigato Japan!
