Cask at the Wellington, Birmingham. Poured a crystal clear golden colour with a bubbly white head. The aroma is toffee caramel malt. The flavour is moderate sweet and bitter, with a sweet toffee, herbal, hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Cask at Derby Tap House, Derby. Pours a cloudy peach with minimal off-white heas. There’s melon, mango and kiwi in the aroma. In the mouth it starts off sweet and fairly juicy but quickly becomes quite bitter. Plenty of tropical fruits in the flavour plus nuts and some floral hops. Finish is quite dry. Not my sort of beer, but it’s OK.
