Description
Located in the Finistère region, the Brasserie de Bretagne (formerly Brasserie Britt) has existed since 1998 and brews Breton craft beers. It is distinguished by the creation of “innovative” beers such as Britt Rosée and event beers such as Britt with Special Sochi Vodka or even Britt Do Brasil. Production (in hl per year): 72,000. Other brands are Ar-men, Dremmwel and Sann Erwan.

It is in the coastal town of Concarneau that we develop our recipes in an 8,500 m2 workshop, combining quality raw materials with the mastery of our know-how, inspired by a rich artisanal tradition.

Bottled@Björntasting. Goldeny amber colour with a small white head. aroma is fruity, wooden, mild metallic and earthy notes with some strange tartness. Flavour is fruity, floral, mild caramel and some lactic and slight vinegary notes.

Bottle from somewhere in France. Poured a crystal clear straw colour with a frothy white head. The aroma is yeast, banana. The flavour is yeast, mineral banana with a light dry grainy mineral palate. Light bodied with average carbonation.

Bottle shared by someone Friday night, thanks for the opportunity! Deep reddish brown color, tan head. Rich caramel and toffee malt notes with some faint earthy citrus to counter. Decent enough ale.

Bottle from somewhere in France. Poured a clear medium amber with a frothy white head and lots of bubbles. The aroma is yeast, light floral hop. The flavour is moderate sweet with a smooth creamy, citrus yeast palate and a bubbly mouthfeel. Medium bodied with lively carbonation.
