Bottle at camping Kost-Ar-Moor. Hazy dark brown with thin off-white head. Sweet roasted malts, caramel, toffee, Coca Cola, toast, coriander, Belgian yeast. Medium sweet, light bitter. Under medium body, strong carbonation. Fruity Belgian yeasty finish. Quite nice.

Bottle at camping Kost-Ar-Moor. Hazy reddish pink with thin and quickly disappearing white head. Strawberry lemonade syrup, malts, few drops of sea water. Medium sweet, pinch of salt and slight sour tail. Under medium body, low carbonation. This is not a killer beer but I like this is not such a colorized and sweetened fruitbeer like the big boys make ’em. It’s quite a nice refreshment really.

Bottle at the beach (Plage de Cleut Rouz). Straight from the bottle. Lemonpeel, sourdough yeasty. Under medium sweet, light lemony tartness. Thin body, crazy carbonation. Even when I take a small sip it keeps generating gas in my mouth which makes it impossible to swallow. Taste is alright, gas is annoying. --- Beer merged from original tick of Altiplano Biere Bio Au Quinoa on 18 Dec 2017 at 11:12 - Score: 5. Original review text: 2.5

Sampled from 0.25 l bottle at 5% abv, courtesy of my housemate Dorin who stole it from my other housemate Justine, and she got it from her mother. Murky, brownish yellow with a thin, fluffy, white head. Sweetish, slightly yeasty-spicy and a little fruity aroma of honey, clove, some banana and hints of peach. Sweetish, slightly yeasty-spicy and a little fruity taste of honey, some toffee, peach, some banana and clove, followed by a short, only slightly bitter, a little yeasty-spicy finish. Thin to medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Easily drinkable, nothing wrong with it.

Bottle from somewhere in France. Poured a clear reddish brown with a frothy light tan head. The aroma is roasty malt, light creamy caramel. The flavour is liqourice bitter with a light, watery liqourice hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
