Bottle from Saveur Biere. Hazy dark red brown with a light brown head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, yeasty and spicy. Flavor is quite sweet and light bitter. Sweet finish. 061017

Enjoyed at the Festibière de Gatineau 2017. Poured a light pink-red colour with an off-white small cap and a little lacing. Mild sour berry aromas with a wild touch - like hints from the farm (Brett). Nice mild sourness in the taste with cherry notes. A tad of tartiness in the mouthfeel. Not a bad sour raspberry brew, but nothing exceptional.

500ml bottle. Pours a cloudy straw colour with a large, frothy, long lasting, white head that leaves curtains of lace. Sweet aroma of wheat malt, yeast, lemon, orange, chamomile and coriander. Sweet flavour of wheat malt, yeast, lemon, orange, cinnamon, ginger, coriander and chamomile with a mild spicy finish. Light body with a watery texture and soft carbonation. A tasty, refreshing, thirst quenching witbier. Nicely done.

Bottle from La Fringale du Monde. Pale gold with a slight haze under an active white head that fades gradually leaving minimal lace. Nose is yeast, light banana and pepper with citrus and light caramel lurking in the background. Light sweet malts support a medium citrus bitterness with grapefruit and orange and a good dose of pepper. Mouth is medium sticky with prickly carbonation. A touch too much spice to distract from the hops. 7+/4-/7+/4/15

Bouteille 500ml. Couleur jaune dorée voilée, mousse blanche. Arôme de malt, levure, floral, miel. Goût de levure, malt, un peu poivré, amertume faible. Carbonatation moyenne-élevée, corps moyen. Si c'était vendu comme une Belgian ale ce serait très bon. En tant qu'IPA c'est plutôt décevant...

Bottle from La Fringale du Monde. Opaque mahogany under a two finger rocky khaki coloured head that lingers and leaves tight lace. Nose is dark chocolate, coffee, lactose, light vanilla, roasted nuts and hints of plum. Flavour is light+sweet milk chocolate with a medium- coffee bitterness and a slight cherry tartness. Mouth is medium+ and creamy with soft carbonation and a medium length bitter finish. Alcohol is well integrated. Nice Milk stout. 8/4/7+/4/16

Bottle from La Fringale. Clear medium amber with a large fluffy off white head that hangs around and leaves patchy lace. Nose is herbal with some pine, caramel and some cereal. Flavour is a light sweet base for a moderate bitterness with grass, pine and light citrus and some mineral notes. Mouth is medium and slick with active carbonation. Despite the bitterness in the middle the finish is quite short and crisp . Refreshing. 7+/3/7+/3+/15

Bottle from Fringale du Monde. Clear pale gold under a large white head that recedes quickly to a thin cap. Nose is yeast, banana, coriander, floral notes, pepper, a touch of white wine, honey and light grass. Flavour is light+ honey and fruit sweetness with a balancing bitterness and a well integrated spice that is not as forward as in the nose. Mouth is medium+ and slick with prickly carbonation and a relatively dry finish. Well balanced but not the best in this family. 8/3/7+/4/15
