Bottle - Light grassy notes, some grains and very pleasant sweetness. Clear gold with a rich bubbly head. Sweet and pleasant light malts, effervescent, touch of yeast and a clean finish. A little boring in the taste, but a nice beer.

Draught @ Vices & Versa, Montréal. Pours clear golden with small white head. Clear aroma of malt and hops, with notes of needles and herbs. Sweetish, malty flavour with bitter hints of hops and some bready touches. Sweetish and hoppy aftertaste. Come on, is this a Saison? It tastes like a Heller Bock. Drinkable but nothing really special.

Bottle from the LCBO. Cloudy medium gold with a huge pillowy white head that hangs around and leaves lots of patchy lace. Nose is brown sugar, honey, bread, citrus, spice and flowers. Medium + sweet caramel with peppery yeast notes and some pear along with with some medium grassy bitterness. Notes of tart apricot come out as it warms. Mouth is medium + and sticky with average carbonation. Lots of layers with the alcohol well integrated. A little on the sweet side.

Bottle 750ml. [ As Charlevoix Dominus Vobiscum Saison ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat - pale malt, moderate to heavy yeasty, grapes, saison yeast, zest - some fruit. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, saison yeast, grapes, light peppery. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle from the brewpub enjoyed two nights later in a beer wasteland. Rich creamy smooth chocolate and roasty caramel with just a hint of sweetness. Nice beer!

Bottle from the brewpub Rich chocolate caramel and fruit notes. Paired great with the raspberry brownie ice cream I had for desert.

Bottle served at the brewpub. Fairly sweet caramel maltiness with hints of hop flavor and aroma. Oh I see, this was bottled in November, yeah why.
