Bottled. An unclear dark red beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of yeast, moldy hay, straw, hops, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of alcohol, moldy hay, straw, and malt, leading to a dry finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle, 75cl. An unclear one, orange-golden in color and with a small, light beige head. The aroma is malty and silghtly sugary, with resiny, fluor hoppyness. The flavor is sweet, yet it feels dry on the palate, nice carbonation, and with a solid, but not well composed, hoppyness. Bitter finish. There’s a light warming feeling in the end. Not an IIPA in the way I like it, that’s for sure. 120218

Hazy blond, lightly yellow, highly carbonated flavour. Small, fastly diminishing head. Aroma of spices, flowers, hops, thyme: very interesting and complex. Citric hoppy flavour: bit caramel and flavour. Very nice, maybe a bit watery, but for a 5% beer: what a great flavour!

Small white head, fed by lively carbonated pale orange-amber beer, yeast fully in suspension. Spiced, flowery nose, touch of preserved ginger, as well as just a hint of lavender; faintly citrussy, candi sugar. Quite spiced flavour: again ginger, rosemary, tarragon, coriander, but no spice clearly emerging but the ginger. Spritzy, titillating MF, slick, medium bodied. Too spiced for a tripel in my book, but quite nice as a strong spiced ale. Grand merci à Jean H.!
