Hazy, thin head. Orangey-amber colour. Creamy sweetness, quite tart, acetic…sharp, slight fruitiness. I’d say this needs to be drier but also less acetic, for my taste anyway.

Can pour from Andover Classic Wines. It's an opaque light brown-dark yellow with no sparkle, finger-width white foamy head with excellent retention and nice soapy lacing. Aroma is strong lemon and late hint of biscuit. Taste is strong mix of citrus, bread and yeast. Mouthfeel is medium side of light-to-medium bodied with smooth, frothy texture, lively carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, not complex but good strength--a good traditional IPA. Overly carbonated.

500 ml bottle. Aroma is grape skin, Brettanomyces , and funk. Brettanomyces is here throughout with white grape, wood and a moderate sour finish. Well, I don’t dislike it but it is a strong sour throughout.

Clear brown, beige head. Malty, earthy, smokey nose. Nutty. Smoked and roasted almonds. Flavors same. Tobacco leaf. Tannic finish is the only drag. 8 4 8 3 14

On tap at the brewery. Pours yellow orange with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is tropical fruit and floral. Medium body, juicy, grapefruit, melon, grass, light bitterness, very good.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy copper with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is toasted malt snd raisin. Slick body, bready malt, raisin, light dry finish, very good.
