Sampled on draft this beer poured a cloudy pale yellow with a small creamy white head that faded quickly but left good lacing. The aroma was very sweet apple juice. The flavor was very sweet apple juice, a dryish cracker middle and followed with tart pressed apples. Medium length tart apple finish. Light to medium body. Decent cider.

Sampled on draft this beer poured a hazy orange-caramel color with a medium sized creamy orange-tan head that left good lacing. The aroma was pretty faint with a hint of sweetish cocoa. The flavor was tangy, malty and sweetish with faint fruity hops and a hint of chocolate. Medium length finish. Medium body. Ok but a bit disappointing.

Obtained in a trade with AdamJackson. Thanks! 2010 Vintage. Incredibly gorgeous packaging. Bottle nr. 933/1500. Pours dark thick amber/orange with basically no head & little sign of carbonation. Smell is thick syrupy, herbal, marming, lots of dark fruits, thick sweet sugary malts. Taste is thick malt, herbal, rather bitter still with some old hops, tad milk chocolate, lots of milky old dark fruits, substantial malt. Little in the way of carbonation. Pretty decent but not overly impressive or complex, I expected a lot more here.

Quite a nice beer. Big roast aroma, with some musky dark chocolate and light coffee. Just a hint of caramelized malt. Medium bitter finish. Black pour with mocha head and lacing. Thick, creamy consistency. Bottle thanks to noodleuser.
