Keg at Craft. Black with a creamy golden beige head. Aroma is roasted malt, very smoky, bit of bacon and something sweet in there too, maybe honey. Taste is smoky, bitter, small touch of coffee, bit of wood and some brown bread. Oily and thick in the mouth. Slight bitter finish with a slight boozy glow and fading smokiness. Quite a warmer in spite of it only being 6.2%. Nice.

Sampled on draft this beer poured a black color with a medium sized foamy beige head. The aroma was port wine, wood and malt. The flavor was strong port wine and dark fruit. Long port wine finish. Moderately full bodied, smooth and undercarbonated.
