At Borefts BF 2010. Too upfront bleachy chemical from the huge hops for me.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a cloudy amber with a small off-white head. Sweet malty nose with some good flowery hops. Medium body, sweet malt and fruit with some phenols. Not much bitterness. Not bad but if a Heller Bock was the intention it’s terribly unclean! 151010

25th Spetember 2010. Borefts Beer Festival II.
Hazy amber beer with a little white head. Dry palate. Rich orange and a trace of lemon and a little peel of both. Something sweet in the background - paint would be an approximation - is a distraction. Finishes dry with more orange. A nice beer despite the odd background note.

[9/26/10] Draught at t’ Arendsnest in Amsterdam. Clear deep reddish color with an off-white head. Hoppy aroma with some citrus, pine hints and biscuity malt. Sweetish malty flavor, somewhat toasty, continues to a mildly bitter hoppy finish with a bit of grapefruit notes. Medium-bodied. Highly drinkable.
