Description
We are an independent craft brewer specialised in brewing lager. Born in London in 1995, we have since moved to Abbots Bromley in rural Staffordshire. Relocating has allowed us to use a better quality of water direct from our very own private source. The move also provided us with the space we need to recycle all our waste water on site via a natural reed bed system. All the beers we brew are naturally carbonated, unpasteurised and vegan friendly. Our brewing process blends the use of modern technology and sophisticated equipment with the care and dedication of our experienced team of "hands on" brewers to ensure all our beers are well balanced and consistent in quality.

Draft at Pieminister Cardiff. A bit of a disappointing start, a dull, lifeless pour. Light grainy aroma, but not overly sweet. Taste brings more grainy flavors, a touch of sweetness with a hint of bitterness. Not as bad as the ratings would have you think.

Mostly clear, golden colored, medium white head, lasting. Malty, grainy, medium sweet and bitterness, dry, some acidity, herbal grassy and citrusy hops but not the best mix. Light bodied, average carbonation, bit watery. Not really appealing.

(Keg at a Le Pain Quotidien, but 20191017)The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grass, grain and malts. Palate was medium bodied with rather high carbonation. Flavours were grass, grain, lightly sweetness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was grainy and bitter. A nice grassy and grainy brew with too fizzy palate and too mild bitterness at the finish.
