6oz slosh at UpCider. Hazy, pale sunset cocktail pour. Tangy fruit punch nose, more pineapple & white grape, less cherry. Acidy apples, slight earthy, creamy sweet n sour guava paste, a touch of vanilla. Bold tartness cleanses any overbearing sweetness. I thought this was great for a sugary gimmick. Fresh flavors, paired well & didn't overwhelm the apples.

A lightly hazed golden cider with aroma of white head. In aroma, sweet fruity apple juice with light maple, light cinnamon, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity apple juice with light cinnamon, light mineral notes, pleasant.

The palate is well carbonated and light bodied. Completely dry with ripe apples and light notes of mature cheese on the edges with notes of brett and barnyard.

The nose shows intense notes of guava.

The palate is lightly carbonated and light bodied. Very guava forward but completely dry with a very refreshing acidity.

Savory and sweet, nice hints of spice, thick apple flavor.

Not much tingle survived but that's mainstream spice I guess. Mostly apples with hints of pineapple which in and of itself is delish. Just wish it actually had a tingle!

Bottle shared at Bottlecraft North Park. I want to say it was $17 off the shelf. A chill room temp. Goblet. Clear, filtered, pissy yellow. Earthy, minerally, faint florals, fainter white grape. Bittersweet French, leaning off-dry. Lime leaf, fresh oak, chalk, leftover sulfites, lots of earth. Hotter than the list. Missing a note to make it great.

16oz can from tavour. Pale, cloudy straw color, effervescent. Aroma of fresh pineapple. Taste brings a nice dose of tart apple, blending with the pineapple for a sweet, zesty drink. A bit dry and sticky.
