This brown poured a deep dark amber colour with a creamy, light tan coloured head. Nice lacing. Scents include caramel, dark toast, brown sugar, nuts and a little cardboard. First swig was smooth, creamy and a little sweeter. Flavours of nuts, brown sugar, malt and caramel. Finish is roasty with flavours of, malt and nuts lingering.

Can from the LCBO. Pours a clear copper pour, with a medium white head. Nice spice aroma, cinnamon, and nutmeg with some nice caramel cereals, and soft grassy hop notes. Mouth feel is bright, carb is good. Low bitterness, not overly spiced, subtle and pleasant.

On tap at the source. Hazy yellow pour, with a large white head. Aroma is a fantastic mix of new and old. Big juicy tropical fruit notes, some stone fruit also, but there is a strong resinous piney component too. Mouth feel is perfect, and the carb is lively. The finish is medium bitter, fruit drops off, and the pine resins stick around and thrash the pallet. Nice stuff.

Peaches, peaches and more peaches. Fresh peach nectar aroma, and nothing else. Peach juice flavour and finish. Zero hefe character, and absolutely no barrel at all. This isn’t bad, but I would have bet my life it was a straight up peach fruit beer.

750ml corked and caged bottle from the brewery. Pours a hazy pinkish orange with a large white head. Aroma is soft watermelon and random frutiness. Mouth feel is watery, and the carb is ok. The flavour is over the top salty. The salinity is too much and it goes way off the course. The watermelon is lost in the midst of the wheat and salt. I couldnt finish the bottle.

Cask days 2015. Hazy yellow, small white head. Savoury wheat aroma, subtle fruit, light tartness, light hay. Lychee appears in the end with a juicy, fruity sweetness, with a light grassiness. Some solid wheat flavours, light tartness, good savoury notes. Well done.
