We wanted to create a community driven brewery building a culture that does well and does good, holding charity events to support the community in which we work. We will endeavour to grow slowly, create an environment of employment that educates and is enjoyable to work in and, like our beer, we will never be rushed. Our beer is unfiltered for the utmost flavour, always vegan and best enjoyed fresh.

Can. Hazy orange gold beer, small and short lived pale cream colour head. Airy palate, semi dry, a good fine minerally crispness. Light bodied pale malts, adequate creamy sweetness. Crisp cooling pine. A nice Manilita red grapefruit crisp bite, naturally a little bitter. Back end is a complex array of bright juicy citrus and stone fruits, touch of Motueka lime. A pinch of hop spice on the crisp finish. Tidy modern hopped dipa that disappears in no time. Great Manilita red grapefruit.

Can at home, from HOTM online, 18/10/2025.
Hazed orange yellow topped with a lasting white crown.
Nose is bitter orange, grass, melon, citric tinged straw, lychee.
Taste comprises orange pith, grass, pine needle, mandarin, papaya.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come grassy hop bitterness.
Okay IPA but not from Floc's top drawer an almost rubbery note on the nose for this one.
