Description
At our Canterbury based brewery & taproom we make hop-forward, delicious, flavourful beer, brewed with the finest ingredients; beer that makes people smile, liquid sunshine, to be enjoyed with friends, family or whoever makes you you.
We wanted to create a community driven brewery building a culture that does well and does good, holding charity events to support the community in which we work. We will endeavour to grow slowly, create an environment of employment that educates and is enjoyable to work in and, like our beer, we will never be rushed. Our beer is unfiltered for the utmost flavour, always vegan and best enjoyed fresh.

Panda thanks to Cloin. Just a light haze on this gold beer, small and short lived bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, a decent fine minerally carbonation. Borderline thin bodied pale malts, a light creamy sweetness. Cooling pine, mild grape and a touch of ripe melon. Modest citrus and a spot of stone fruits. Light finish. Light and drinkable.

Keg at Beaconsfield Taps. New brewery for me. Hazy yellow with a large white head. Ooh, this is nice. Lovely fruitiness here - peach, mango and orange. The bitterness is well balanced against the sweet, juicy fruits. Good body too. Tasty stuff, enjoyed this.

Can from The Beer Hive, Amager. Delicious. Pours cloudy Golden with s White puffy head. Inviting aroma with adorable yeast and some very nice peach and apricot hop vibes. Smoothness. Very tasty. Charming. 4.2

Intense layers of Stonefruit with lots of nectarine, peach, mango, some citrusy tangerine and grapefruit, gooseberry, sitting upon a sweet creamy malty backbone, robust hoppy finish. Beautiful.

Getting the nectarine and peach from the off with some complimenting citrusy notes of lime and lemon joining the mix, some citrus rinds and pine, nice soft wheat and oat infused malty support, balanced light piney bitter finish. Very nice, glad we getting more Floc. over here now.
