Description
Founded in 2004, operating from premises in Battle and mainly producing bottled beers. Moved, via Vinehill, to East Hoathly in 2009. Ceased trading in 2012 but was subsequently acquired by Broxbourne Brewery which made some beers under the Fallen Angel label at its own premises from early 2013. Those beers are listed under Broxbourne (which reverted to the Fallen Angel name when moving from Broxbourne to Essex in 2015).
The remaining Fallen Angel beers listed here are believed to have been discontinued prior to the takeover by Broxbourne.

Cloudy orange - brown beer. Sourish orange nose. Crisp palate, light. Fresh orange with a light sourness. Finishes crisp. Sourness from Fallen Angel is almost a given but actually works here.

50 cl bottle from the Home Brew shop, Aldershot. Bottle Conditioned. Poured a hazy golden amber with a billowing white head and heavy carbonation; aroma of cider apples; slightly sour, cidery taste; then a dry finish. - I strongly suspect that this was actually Hopped Up Cyder.

RBESG 2009, Grand Tasting at the Harlequin. Seriously infected. Very sour, but from what one could tell it would have been the best bitter :)

Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. It pous an unclear, amber body with some sediments and a dense, small, beige head. The aroma is sourish and fruity, surely infected. The same goes for the flavor, sourish, lemony and fruity, with a chalky touch. Not very good in any way. 110819
