Description
Our 20 barrel brew plant is set in a beautiful 300-year-old barn which is capable of producing up to 100 brewers barrels (28,800 pints) of beer each week.

From gravity cask at Bree Louise. Pours clear and golden deep orange with a fully gone head. Aroma is mild malty and fruity. Crisp hoppy and fruity, liqht base, light caramelish. Fruity, crisp hoppy and bitter finish. Nice and easy.

Golden-amber. Has a leafy-buttery aroma. Earthy palate with a slightly juicy hop character. Toasty finish. Good bitter.

Hazy dark golden with a small white head. Aroma of caramel and bread with a fruity touch. Sweet and fruity flavour with a hint of fresh honey

Cask at the Monks Retreat (JDW), Reading. Amber gold with a dense cream head; cereal grain aroma; creamy texture and a grainy body; with some light grapefruit bitterness to finish. A pleasant session beer.

Cask at Cleveland Arms, London. Pours a mostly clear amber with a filmy head. Toasted bread aroma with some citrus hops. Sweet flavor with cracker and some fruity, medium roast malts. Light fruits, like grape and orange, with modest, earthy bitterness. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes nicely balanced with light bitters and malty sweetness. Good brew.

Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering, 2010. Poursclear amber with a off white head. Nose is malty. Bread and caramel.Medium to thin palate. Dry hoppy end.

Cask@The Pineapple. Amber colour, small head. Aroma is fruits, some hops and mild nectary notes asa well. Flavour is wood, fruits, earth, herbs and some mild nutty notes.

Bottle 500ml. @ The Danish Summer Gathering, TTODRBSG10 - Ulfborg.Clear medium orange amber color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, light to moderate hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, caramel, chocolate notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100814]

clear golden, small white head. flowery and flowery hoppy aroma flavor is flowery, faint caramelly. ends hoppy and slightly bitterhoppy.

Bottle, 4.6%. Weakly roasted aroma. Almost clear dark amber colour. Very small white head. OK malty flavour, not sweet, but with dark malts, nuts, hint of spicy hops and a bit of honey in the finish. Good mouthfeel.
