On tap at The Magnet, pours a lightly hazed golden with a small white head. Aroma has dull earthy hops, concrete, and bready malt. Flavour has a lot of that concrete character, with dull earthy hops, and dry bready malt. Odd hop expression, really showcasing that concrete character (reminds me of those Hair of the Dog concrete egg aged beers). Not really into this but the structure is at least okay.

On tap at The Magnet. Pours hazy blonde with a white head. Lemon-scented cleaner on the nose. Flavour has onion, citrus, sweaty armpits. A very unpleasant bitterness lingering on the palate. Not a fan of this hop expression.

Medium brown. Chocolatey body, some alcohol in the finish, like a big dunkel, which isn’t really to style. But it’s not bad…boozy hot chocolate served cold kind of vibe.

22 ounce bottle from Readington Liquors. Amber orange pour is topped by a small creamy beige head. Aroma of toasted malt and toffee. Flavors of bittersweet toasted malt and spicy hops. Peppery hop finish.

On tap at The Magnet. Pours black with a beige head. Nose is bready and roasty with dark sugars. Flavour is rich and malty, good roast, some dark chocolate, burnt sugars. Good body. Very good.
