"She had a Halo", well 'he' actually to paraphrase'Texas'. .. 19th beer overall at the Pendle Beer Festival 2025. Golden style, nice hoppiness.

Beer thirteen sampled at the Pendle Beer Festival 2025, the first real hazy one too. Crisp keg pour, full-bodied although not feeling its strength. Caramels amongst a tropical fruitiness.

Day One and first beer for me at the Pendle Beer Festival 2025. Starting on the darks with a nice vanilla effort in both aroma and taste. Less so the chocolate part.

Last beer of Day One of the Pendle Beer Festival 2025. Dank, hazy, probably ugly without its head, although this was maintained throughout the supping process. Have included a venue photo of the Muni Theatre in Colne - home of the Beer Festival as it's nicer. Its tropical fruitiness is appealing though, crisp keg pour here

Cask @ Fox And Goose, Hebden Bridge. Clear copper-amber with a thick frothy head. Strength, depth, but a good hoppy-malt balance with a bitterness.

Clitheroe Beer Festival 2023. Dark hazy amber coloured brew. Its lager character is best in its nose, however its mild fruitiness and ale texture don't particularly confirm its style, nevertheless it's pretty good.

Colne Beer Festival 2023. Black with a dryish unstated roasted malt taste. Has hints of sweetness about it, but its cherry flavouring is somewhat drab.

Keg at BrewDog Canary Wharf. Cheers Ben! Pours pale gold, lightly hazy, with a fluffy white head. Lightly sweet, some pithy citrus, lemon rind, light hay. Light in body with average carbonation. Moderately drying to finish, further pithy citrus hop character. Adequate.
