Bottle at koelies. Blond with thin white head. Sweet malts, weird spices and cardboard. Sorry koelie. The dude does not abide. Oh it does get nicer. Becomes very doughy. Moderate sweet and light bitter. Medium body and soft carbonation.

Strong malt nose. Clear medium amber colour, tall frothy beige head, half-way lasting, heavy lacing. Aroma toasted malts, bread, caramel, background orange. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, caramel, bit earthy. Lingering malty sweetbitter finish, earthy and orange peel. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation, quite nice and tasty.

Niet verwacht dit. Gezien de beschrijving van coconut, een veel zoeter bier verwacht. Verrassend lekker! Uit fles gedronken.

Fruited wheat ale by Cinema Brewers, from a bottle at Gollem Proeflokaal. Moussy, snow white, irregular head with quickly opening middle, misty peach blonde with light orangey hue. Pleasant nose of orange juice, some red apple indeed, dried mango, fresh hay, mandarin zest, soap, honey, subtle vanilla, pineapple and a hint of rainwater, but almost no discernible blueberry. Crisp, fruity onset, citrusy combined with accents of pineapple, unripe banana and very light apple (or rather apple peel), again practically no blueberry to be seen here; medium carbo, bit soapy mouthfeel, wheaty and a tad biscuity middle, long hoppy finish, mildly aromatic with notes of flowers and light grapefruit, some spicy bitterness but staying on the thin, somewhat watery side. Elegant little beer, correctly made, but not delivering what it promises as the apple, vanilla and certainly blueberry additions are very, very far away.

0.33 l bottle from ’Bier & Beer’ (Düsseldorf), best before March 2019. Clear, golden amber with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, fruity-grassy and slightly resiny aroma of passion fruit, pineapple and some lemongrass. Sweetish, slightly bitter, fruity-grassy and slightly herbal taste of lemongrass, pineapple, grapefruit and passion fruit, followed by a short, moderately bitter, herbal-grassy and quite dry finish. Almost medium-bodied, quite effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Very tasty and refreshing, well done!

Hard bitter amber ale. Smells fruity, but less orange in the taste than hoped. Fair amount of hops, but a bit watery.

Bottle at home, dark brown beer with a red hue, small head. Aroma is roasted, caramel, malt, vanilla, and some fruit. Taste is the same, quite sweet but not too much, bit past best before date, but nice one

Bottle @ home shared with Dutchdrebus. Amber color, medium sized off-white head. Aroma is malts, hops. Taste malts, hops, slightly a floral hint, moderately bitter. Decent body and carbonation. Can’t say I get the bloodorange. Although, maybe in the finish there’s a light bloodorange flavor. Hmm not bad overall.
