Nice aroma of menta but this beer remains ordinary and a bit tough at the taste, mineral, some hop, menta, something it is missing, 10.08.17, at Prélaz, buying it directly at the brewery.

Purchased this beer from the ipercoop, Crevoladossola. Best before 11/25, opening this bottle yesterday at Epalinges. In my point of view, it is not really a brown ale on the English way, really smootb, sweet, note of chestnut, honey, malty, a bit bitter.

0,33l from can bought at Uvaspina Enoteca, Rovigo. Bb 12.04.2027. yellow hazy color, small white head. smells pines, earthy, mango, light passion fruit, tobacco. full body, soft carbonation. tastes mango, some pines, passion fruit. finishes lightly dry and lightly bitter with notes of passion fruit, pines and mango. Nice one, very good balance, smooth and easy to drink

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours opaque dark gold, unattractive, with fine whitish foam. Aroma is caramel, honey. Body is slightly above average, with medium carbonation. Taste is medium-high bitter, but with a nice solid sweet base. Final is average.

Canned 330ml. -from Ipertosano Pradamano (Udine). Clear golden coloured, medium sized white head, grainy herbal nose. Grainy, herbal, bready, light earthy and touch of caramel with dry bitterish finish.

All'olfatto si esprimono sentori di sottobosco. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata, permanendo in maniera sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido offre una visione offuscata. Il colore è ambrato rossiccio carico tendente marrone. Il corpo è pieno. Il dolce è medio in buona armonia con l'amaro medio. La forza gustativa è elevata e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Il tetto della bocca porta note di caramello, miele, frutta secca, agrumi, spezie, arancia e frutta passita.

bottiglia 75 cl, schiuma color cappuccino fine persistente, colore ambrato carico velato, al naso esteri malto tostato zucchero caramellato frutta matura prugna secca leggero vino Porto, in bocca è speziata fenolica caramello uvetta prugne secche datteri malto tostato, corpo medio/leggero, carbonazione moderata, dolce con amaro moderato, media secchezza.
