Bottle at home in Hackney - sourced from Etre. Pours slightly unclear honey-gold with a fluffy, white head. Quite straightforward but drinkable enough, with notes of rind grapefruit and tangerine, some soft bretty funk, crispy wheat flakes. Medium bodied with active, massaging carbonation. A nip of warmth in the finish, more citrus fruits, a little white grape, dry funk, moderate saison yeast, cracked grains. Nice stuff.

330ml bottle from Bierhalle Deconinck. Pours misty gold, large white head. Aroma is floral, spicy, lightly sweet. Taste builds on this spicy, floral character, a bit burpy, easy-drinking, gentle bitter close. Pretty decent.

Bottle at home. Slight hazy golden with big very fizzy white head. Grapefruit, light pils malts, spicy yeast, oily, grassy, red apple. Medium bitter and almost medium sweet with a bit ‘dirty’ bitter finish. Medium bodied with quite some carbonation. The finish is bit rough, like that white stuff inside grapefruits, it otherwise I really like it.

Bottle @ Kantien. Hazy amber colour,white foam. Typical saison nose along with notes of grapefruit and tropical fruit. Easy drinkable. Very nice.

28/10/2018 @home - 33cl bottle from Bierhalle Deconinck. Clear golden, highly carbonated, big rocky creamy white head. Nose is fresh grains, fruits, orange, bit spice. Taste is grainy, orange, spicy, fizzy, fresh hops. Dam nice this one. Medium dry. Really starting to like the style.

Bottle 330ml. [ As De Mederie Grizzly ].Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, straw, light to moderate hoppy, moderate yeasty, leather, fruity yeast, saison yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, fruity yeast, saison yeast, funky, sweet fruit, fruity, brett - leather, light dry. Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, bretty and light fruity. Flavor is quite sweet and light acidic. Dry and light acidic finish. High carbonation. 140918
