0,25l on tap @ Lea Fleurs de Malt. Pours cloudy yellow with a medium head. Aroma is slightly sweet malts with some wheat. Flavor is slightly sweet malts, perhaps a hint of turmeric, some hops. Decent.

Correct apsect and texture. There's definitely hops in there but it's very far away from the current standards. Lacjs taste, lacks punch, lacks aromas... Quite a let-down... Text on the beer (always funny / absurd with this brewery): Il était une fois Robert, le père, Mathilde, sa fille, et Raoul, l'amoureux. A la fin, ils meurent tous. Heureusement, il nous reste Odile, nourrice de la famille, qui faisait livrer son lait par pigeon voyageur.

Towering, ultra-dense, just off-white head over hazy pale yellow beer; head is ultra stable and giving shards of lace. Chalk, dusty nose; then wild yeasts, floormop variety. More wild yeasts in the flavour, with fruity undertones. Unripe banana, guave, pear, citrus. Light body, yeast-filled, slick; creamy feel from the head. Quite special beer, interesting!
