Gushing to small rim over hazy orange beer. Cheese, smelly feet, sportshoes, wheat, horseblanket. Sour, lactic acid-dominated lambic with again wheat, farmyard flavours. Light body, acidburn and -thinning, (too) good carbonation. Nice homeblend gueuze from three Pajottenland brewers.

Pours unclear, warm blonde. Small white head. Scent is full, apricot. Taste is very tart, vibrant acidity. Very dry, some oak. Fruity acidity over lambic acidity , making this a bit harsh. FUll, fleshy fruityness. A bit bokke like fruity-style, but much more simple and harsh acidity.

Pours unclear, yellowblonde. Small white head. Scent is very earthy, intense, bit cheesy. Taste is tart, rough , very earthy / Spices / Herbal. Almost like a grape / herb lambic. Quite rough, but very enjoyable.

0,75l in Antwerp at 1280. Yellow cloudy color, small white head. Smells peaches, apricots, stone fruits, jammy. Very nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes lactic, stone fruits, apricots, peppery, forest strawberries. Finishes dry medium sour with notes of apricots, forest strawberries and lactic notes. Very good one, rather on the sour side

Taster from 0,75l bottle at Carnivale Brett, Amsterdam. yellow hazy color, small white head. smells grassy, earthy, wood. Nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes stone fruits, earthy, peppery, minerals, grassy. finishes lightly dry and light to medium sour with notes of stone fruits, earthy and peppery notes. very good one
