Taster from bottle at Station 1280, Antwerp. Amber murky color, small white head. smells elder flowers, earthy, grassy, bit citric flowery, funky. Full body, soft carbonation. tastes flowery, citric, subtle elder flowers, earthy. Finishes dry and lightly to medium sour with citric, elder flowers and flowery notes. Rather funky, rhubarb ish, but the verbena is very noticeable. Very nice stuff, liked this better then the version without elder flowers

Taster from bottle at Station 1280, Antwerp. Red color, small pink head. smells red grapes, joghurt, some berry notes, parfumy. Nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. tastes vinous, grassy, earthy, light wood. Finishes lightly dry and lightly to medium sour with notes of red wine, tannins and grassy notes. Good stuff

Pours a cloudy, warm amber. Medium large sized (very large for lambic) , surprisingly long-lasting white head. Clear elderflower on the aroma. Mild lambic funk underneath. Taste is full, gentle but present acidity. Lovely balance of the acids. EF a tad too much for me (as I'm not an EF fan) , but quality-wise I can't deny the balance . More so than the aroma, actually. Medium oak. Medium high to high carbo. Medium body. very well made indeed !

EB from last Saturday. Paired with Småländsk ostkaka, figs, spiced beurre noisette, whipped cream and orange zest. Citrusy, spicy and yet balanced. Christmas spices are definitely tricky but this works. Especially when carried by the citrus. Nice pairing!

EB from last Saturday. Paired with chanterelle toast. Fruity, earthy, forest floor spätburgunder on a complex cheesy funky base of lambic with suiting acidity. Marries perfectly with the dish. Both one of my favourite home blends and pairings of the day.

EB from last Saturday. Paired with Hasselback Deluxe™️. The fruit character in the nose is to die for but on its own I’m afraid this is too sour for me. However, with the fatty food that cut the acid it’s very nice. Score is for the blend with the food.

EB from last Saturday. Paired with gubbröra on kavring. Very complex and well refined almost perfume like herbal and floral grape character on a solid base of lambic. Excellent!
