EB from last Saturday. Paired with sourdough waffle with creme fraiche, onion, pickled grapes and trout roe. Bright and refreshing without getting too acidic. Very interesting grape pith tannins that really provides character. Different, in a good way.

EB from last Saturday. Paired with oysters. Fairly mellow balanced elderflower presence supporter by yellow apples, minerals and a hint of horseblanket. Very balanced acidity. Hint overcarbonated which dilutes the flavours slightly but still very nice.
