Bottle, courtesy of the brewer. An almost clear chestnut colored beer with a small, dense light beige head. Some lacing. Pleasant smoke aroma, meaty, ham, wood notes, with caramel and nut notes. A light touch of dark dried fruit too. It's medium bodied and mostly on the dry side, gently carbonated and with a pleasant bitterness level. Lightly smoked flavor too, ham-like, with caramel, dried fruit and some roasted notes. Medium length finish. A gentle but really pleasant and easy drinkable beer. 240621

Bottle, courtesy of the brewer. A bit foamy this one, producing a big offwhite head over a quite clear golden body. Curtains. Canned peach aroma with pine cones and resin. Some bready malts and a hint of caramel. It's medium to full bodied, softly carbonated and semi dry. Decent bitterness. Resin and pine cones in the flavor too, with some generic fruityness and peach. Pale malts in the back. Overall, a decent brew, although I find the hops a bit rough. 240621

Bottle, courtesy of the brewer. An almost clear golden colored beer with a nice looking white head. Nice lacing. Fruity aroma with hints of grass, pine cones and some biscuity pale malts. It's dry and nicely carbonated, medium bodied and crisp. Not much trace of the honey in the flavor, just a hint, with grass, pine cones and some resin. Just hints of malts. Dry finish. Sure a refreshing one. 240621
