Draft at The Wolf, Birmingham. Poured a hazy medium golden colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy, herbal, light citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a crisp, fresh, dry, light citrus, light pepper spice, dry hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Third of a pint in the Boot on Sunday afternoon, 16th November 2025. Opaque pale lemon colour, white crust. Citrus nose and taste, more sweet than sour, so tropical fruit cocktail more than a grapefruit dish.

Panda from Colin Bois. Hazy pale orange. Frothy foamy translucent white head. Aroma has soft stone fruit with peripheral vinous and herbal notes. And resin. Medium bitter. Resinous. Herbal. Vinous edge. Over sweet stone fruit. Medium bodied. Slick to creamy. Soft-flat carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Nice.
