Description
Set up by Wim van der Spek and Sue Cooper, commencing production in June 2005. All beers are vegan friendly and all but a few are certified organic. Most are available on cask and bottle conditioned.

Bottle shared. Pours clear amber brown with a small tan head. Aroma of caramel, smoke, peat, herbs and a little dark fruit. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

50cl bottle shared with friends. Decent white head. Clear burgundy pour. Slightly smokey. Quite nice.

Bottle shared. Pour black with a thick beige head. Aroma of dark chocolate, roasted malts, some dark fruit and coffee. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
