Description
Set up by Wim van der Spek and Sue Cooper, commencing production in June 2005. All beers are vegan friendly and all but a few are certified organic. Most are available on cask and bottle conditioned.

50cl bottle at Kodu Baar, Tallinn. Pours hazy golden with a lasting white head. Lightly wheaty and fruity with some unpleasant aromas. Medium sweet with a quite dry and lightly bitter finish. Not a favourite, but quite drinkable. (2012-11-18)

Bottle @ Odense Tasting, November 2012. Pours unclear golden with a creamy white head and lacings. Lots of hops. Citrus, marmelade and grass. Crisp and dry finish.

Bottle shared. Pours hazy amber with a thin off white head. Aroma of grass, light citrus. Flavour is light sweet and moderate bitter. Medium bodie with almost no carbonation.
