Keg draught at the Queens Road Tap, Leicester. Light gold, hazy with a swirl of white head. The aroma is gorgeous with lots of passionfruit, followed by melon, pear, a little bit of vanilla. Bittersweet taste with more passionfruit tangling with a lovely malt base. Bitterness in the finish ish. Very light body with very heavy carbonation. Yeah, this is how you brew a hazy.

Brune foncée, col crémeux café au lait bien tenace.
Arôme sur un tr!s bon bouquet biscuité, espresso, grillé/torréfié avec note de chocolat qui perdure délicatement en retrait. Amertume en support, plus vers le floral, et léger terreux.
Palais sur une belle base grillée - torréfiée sur des notes espresso - léger chocolat au lait avec pointe de noisette en retrait.
Franchement sympa et à seulement 4.4%, cela passe très bien comme bière de soif, tout en restant complexe.

Arôme est frais floral, petite note de résine, aneth - repris par un côté pamplemousse et léger pot pourri en rétro-nasal. Note aussi un léger fruits à noyaux. Apport malté passe plus en support.
Palais sur une fine amertume houblonnée - citronné avec petite touche rappelant l'aneth - frais tropical avec note herbacée en infusion et léger en bouche, le tout avec une bonne balance maltée en support aux houblons.

Sights & Swills Summer Holiday Beer#18. POOLE. Another suburban beer in a slightly leafier eastern part of the town. Hazy yellow-gold with a head. Piney-citrus bitterness is to be found in both aroma and taste with a bit of a carbonated kick in its finish.
