440ml can. Pours black with thick creamy head stable throughout. Toasted malts and chocolate aroma. Very smooth and thick creamy mouthfeel, no carbonation. Taste is roasted malts, chocolate and a small hint of coffee. Mild bitterness and dry finish. Very nice session stout.

Deep brown / near black with a frothy tan head, and a roasted malt aroma, with hints of coffee and chocolate. Has a creamy mouthfeel, with mild carbonation and a roasted malt flavour, hints of coffee and chocolate again apparent, and a dry bitter finish.

Sampled from the tap at Dublin Airport. Pours a clear light gold with a white head that lasts throughout the beer and laces. Aroma has lots of straw and grains with a hint of earthy grass underlying. Flavor has has earthy grains and straw with a bit of musty grass.
