Tap at TSV. Murky yellow body, full, fleeting white head. Creamy, bit chalky stone fruit aroma. Lean, dry smooth chalky taste, bit citric, low onion, flat but somewhat juicy, ending heavily minerally, with some rubber and herbal touches, vague bitterness. Has some okay aspects but lacking. Václav can do better.

Slightly unclear light golden with a big fluffy foamy head. Very grassy, zesty, hoppy, sourdough, stone fruity, pale malt, straw, grain, slightly metallic. Dry zesty hoppy bitterness, grainy fruity sweetness. Light bodied, oily watery texture, lively carbonated, dry zesty grassy hoppy fruity grainy bittersweet finish. A very fresh crisp and grainy Czech Pilsner, very nice!

From 75cl bottle @ BBT 12/2025. Head is big, white, good retention. Colour is blonde, hazy. Aroma is nice citrus spicy, coriander, lime, chili. Taste is medium malty base, lemongrass, lime, nice salty traces, coriander, chilli, medium carbonation, good one, enjoyed.

Tap at B&F. Murky yellow-golden, off-white head. Bit funky, very lemony aroma. Tart lemony taste, the citric notes overwhelming everyrhing. I mean... Not tomyumish. Like 1/4 of its profile is there. Still tasty.

15.10.2025. Tap at Maly pivo. Thinnish body, med-light carbo. Medium sourness, light tartness. The tom yum is rather light here, still retaining classic lacto goseish beer character, coriander, salt. Hints of citrus, echoes of galangal, cilantro, fish s. You have to use imagination a lot. Very tame comnpared to what it set out to be. 6,3.
