Tap at B&F. Murky yellow-golden, off-white head. Bit funky, very lemony aroma. Tart lemony taste, the citric notes overwhelming everyrhing. I mean... Not tomyumish. Like 1/4 of its profile is there. Still tasty.

Thinnish body, med-light carbo. Medium sourness, light tartness. The tom yum is rather light here, still retaining classic lacto goseish beer character, coriander, salt. Hints of citrus, echoes of galangal, cilantro, fish s. You have to use imagination a lot. Very tame comnpared to what it set out to be.

Dill in aroma. Starts fresh and with a salty edge. Then mushroom powder in the finish and aftertaste. Very interesting and well made.

Sedm° Bday collab, probably this beer tho. Thin body, a bit watery feeling. Dry. Med carbo. Slightly too empty, background malt, light grainy only. Also not very assertive hops character, med-light earthy, med grassy. Does not feel very elegant, mehish.

Draught (Galerie Piva, Prague) - Golden yellow with a small head. Grass and some floral and faintly herbal notes in the aroma. Relatively hoppy (but restrained as Polaris is usually a very potent hop) taste with grass, floral notes and some subtle herbal hints.

Med-thin body, med carbo. Well attenuated, dry. Med-high bitter, med candyish sweetness. Also med-light over-ripe fruity esters and a hint of glue. Not the cleanest ferm. Hops is an omnifruit estery mix. Drinkable, delivers, but somewhat harsh. Bit boozy.

Brutally oxidized, even the colour is grey. Wow. Lots of sweetness, caramelly. Low bitterness, low sourness. Not even lactoseish, just sweet and stale. Pineapple present, a bit artificial feeling. Found out now that BBD is 4.7.2025. Lol this place...

Assertive beet, even a bit meaty too. Very interesting. Thin body, med-light carbo. Easy drinking and refreshing, also very interesting and nicely put together, balanced. Very good.

Thin body, clean ferm, dry, not watery tho. Background bready base. Medium bitterness, mounting to med-high in finish, pleasantly soft. Low sweetness. Medium classic grassy herbal hops character. Very easy drinking, very good.
