(Can) Pours opaque lumpy pink with no head. Looks like a smoothie. Aroma is intense and complex. Bubblegum is the most dominant aroma, with various berries apparent, and a hint of vanilla. It’s thick in is thick, like a milkshake but with fine prickly carbonation. The taste is complex and good balance between sour, sweet and creamy. The sourness if predominantly fruity. The readily apparent fruits are cherries, berries and banana. There’s cream and vanilla. Thankfully the bubblegum is far less apparent in the taste than the aroma. It is a very unusual beer. In fact, if I didn’t know it was a beer, I would not have identified it as such. It is however very interesting, clever, and enjoyable.

Can. Clear amber with a near white head that fades. Doughy biscuit aroma with light spices. Rich and quite sweet with caramelly doughy biscuit. But pretty clean with just about enough spicy bitterness to keep you interested. Pretty good and clearly trying to do it properly.

From a 440ml can in 12/9/2025. Shared with Desmond. Pours a darkish amber with virtually no head. Smells malty, with caramel and toffeee, dates and prunes, with a whiff of booze. Tastes of all of the aforementioned, along with butterscotch, fruit cake, nuts and some honeyed notes. Finishes with a sharp moderate bitterness with a dash of bourbon. Syrupy palate with moderate carbonation. An excellent boozy sipper.

Can. Very dark brown with a cm of light tan head. Chocolatey and somewhat earthy aroma with bread and spices. So it tastes. Moderately sweet at first but bitterness creeps up a fair bit to balance. Solid drop.

From a 440m can on 22/6/2025. Pours near black with a medium deep tan head that disappears after a while. The nose features chocolate , mud cake, vanilla and a touch of soy. It’s very sweet up front – milk and dark chocolate, salted caramel, fudge, Nutella, and a dash of soy at the back. The sweetness is met perfectly by a sharp, slightly salty, roasty bitterness in finishing. The palate is super syrupy, the carbonation softish to moderate. A cracking huge pastry sipper - complex, balanced, and as it says on the can, delicious.
