Borefts XII Day 2. Almost clear gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Smooth and semi dry palate, decent fine carbonation. Soft creamy sweet malts. Some grain but very well integrated. Savoury funk. Modest floral fruits. Dry spicy finish. Interesting but dry.

Can. Pours almost clear gold - leaving a bit of sediment at the bottom - with a white head that fades to a cap. Aroma of oranges, crackery dough, cloves, pepper. No particular funk. Dryish with firm crackery dough. Spicy but not very bitter at the end. Pleasant but I wanted a snappier finish: saisons should be hoppy.

Borefts XII Day 2. Opaque dark brown beer, small tan head. Palate is smooth and semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Soft creamy dark chocolate malts. Nice. The peat is easy to spot but is smooth and a little fruity. Light semi dry finish. Tidy.

On tap at Borefts 2022. Clear gold colour lasting white head . decent lemon curd sour. light sour funk. its OK..quote a clean easy drinking sour lemon.

Black with thin creamy head. Aroma and flavour have roasted malt bitterness. Boozy from the barrel. Sweetish notes coming from the whiskey.

Pale blond colour with thin head. Aroma and flavour have some pale malts. Also some vanilla and a little white wine sharpness.

Black with dark head. Smokey, peaty, malty. Very dry. Nice lingering smokiness in the aftertaste.
