This year we plan to produce and sell 1800 litres of our products whist maintaining our same company values and the same recognisable apple tree logo. We believe in keeping things natural and producing beautiful elegant products whilst keeping true to our raw ingredients.

750ml wired cork bottle from J&R Armitage. Opened with a pop. Slightly hazy golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of juicy apple, caramel. Taste is sweet, juicy apple, alittle core, caramel hint, with some earthy funky notes and slightly tart acidity. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying finish with some residual sweetness. Nicely drinkable.

16/4/2021. Bottle sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear pale golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is musty apple, woody, peanut butter, funky, cork, tannins. Moderate sweetness and light tartness. Medium body, average carbonation. Drying finish. Interesting indeed.

Sample thanks to Mr danlo. Clear gold with a persistent ring of white foam. Aroma has strong Spring floral meadow notes, continuing to taste with a noticeable nettly bitterness, dry sharp apple fruit and crunchy apple core. Fine spritz throughout. Interesting.

Sparkling, golden colour, foamy white head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of fruity apple, bready yeast, booze. Taste is tangy, tart apple, sweetish, fruity, with alittle skin & core, yeasty & caramel hints, white wine notes and citric acidity. Sharp spikey mouthfeel, medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tart acidic boozy finish. Quite drinkable.
