750ml bottle from makers stall at Barnard Castle Farmers Market. Golden colour, white foam head and aroma of apple, fruit. Taste is slightly tart, appley, fruity, fleshy, caramel, with some acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying light acidic finish. Quite drinkable.

Panda thanks to Danlo: Poured a coppery golden with a white bubble head. Aroma is sweet sugars, apple, vinous, skins. Taste is apple, leathery, fresh cut skins, woody.

750ml wired cork bottle from J&R Armitage. 2020 Vintage. Opened with a pop. Sparkling, pale yellow colour, short-lived bubbly white foam head and aroma of elderflower, citric. Taste is sweet, elderflower, woody hints, floral, tangy, citric tart, and boozy. Slightly syrupy mouthfeel, medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, sweet drying boozy finish. Quite OK, abit on the sweet side.

Panda from danlo, thanks Ed! Pours clear gold, slim later of white bubbles. Aroma: apple skins, sweet, mildly floral. Taste: towards sweet, apple core, tangy apple, tart/sharp, drying acidity. LIght to medium body with spritzy carbonation. Tastes way below the ABV.
