Cask @ Malt Cross, Nottingham. Hazy deep yellow-gold in colour. Fair apple, fair strength. It delivers an initial light sweetness, becoming more bitter dominant in its aftertaste.

Bottle split at the Neon Raptor taproom, Notts get together, 07/07/23. Moderately hazed deep orange with a thin off white cap that clears edgewards. Nose is tarte apples, mild funk, damp straw, tannins. Taste comprises apple core, funk, caramelised apples, tannins, light acidic spike. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Decent drop ... quite sharp and bitter for a cider.

Cask at the Fox and Grapes, Nottingham. Poured a slightly hazy golden colour with little life. The flavour is moderate sweet, tart acidic sour, with a crisp, super dry, herbal, passionfruit citrus palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation.
