Taste is sweet, peary, fruity, with some wood, core, citric tartness, and drying acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, sweetish & drying peary finish. Nicely drinkable.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo via danlo, cheers! Aroma of pear, candied pear and wood. Nice hints of alcohol coming through with tart pear Sweet dry finish. Nice.

Cask at the pigs ear beer festival 2021. A hazed golden yeloow straw coloured pour with a halo of white head, semi sweet, tangy apple, woody bark spicy hop, lemon rind,. Palate is semi sweet, tart. Moderate carbonation.. Ok.

Panda from Notts BCF, thanks to Danlo ... cheers Ed, 01/11/22. Clear almost translucent pale yellow with nothing in the way of a head. Nose is pear skins, herb, damp cloth, grains. Taste comprises tarte pear, light acidity, tannins, light orchard wood, pips. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close. It's okay if not setting the world alight.

Bladder bag at Pigs Ear '21, day two, 01/12/21. Lightly hazed pale yellow with little on top. Nose is pear drop, grains, light sugars, straw. Taste comprises stewed pears, grassy, hint of apple core, orchard wood, tannins, light funky bite. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Solid rustic perry.
