What's Your Name Mean?
"Want to play a game?" Used to be our response, but because of our growth and your support we're adding this link to ease your curiosity. No, it's not an acronym. Yes, it is a name! But it's not a combination of ours. In fact, Andrew and Kai are brother-in-laws. Each married to 2 of 3 sisters. Richard's brother is married to the third. And Voila! There it is! We are all family by marriage and bond. Oh, and the name.... is the girl's maiden name! Brownie points

Definitely not the typical IPA. More like an English strong ale. Some coconut and vanilla. Pours hazy orange with good head and lacing. Some hops in there. Good balance and easy drinking. Tap at Snally.

Draft at Snallygaster 2016. Aroma was tart lemon zest, lots of juicy mango tropical fruit notes, passion fruit. Seriously juicy. Lots of stonefruits. Not a lot of tartness, but very refreshing, easy to drink.

Tap into a shotglass showing unfiltered yellow with half a finger of clean white foam. The nose shows a strong chlorine profile that warms up into very light subtle citric undertones. The palate is fully carbonated and light bodied. Moderately intense but very juicy pineapple flavors with citric undertones. Finish shows a light bitterness with light malt on the linger bringing it closer to its American Pale Ale style but still delicious and refreshing. The nose still fails to impress though.
