Bottle pour at Medivarna. Pours clear pale yellow. Light honey on the nose, slightly floral. Flavour is quite sweet, lots of grainy honey, slightly floral. Very nice.

Bottle shared at a tasting. Clear yellow pour, no head. There's a weird, borderline unpleasant, medicine-like bitterness here and there in taste that kinda ruins it all. Otherwise it shows the complementary sweet honey notes with a floral touch and a hint of caramel.

Pours clear, fairly light yellow. Scent is intense, funky honey, very raw, pure, intense. Taste is full, funky honey , intense. Lovely funky aspect. Bit caramel notes. very nice basic mead.

Bottle 500ml. clear glass @ [ Assentoft Tasting by Hansen & Zita ]. [ As Medařství Nová Říše Medovina ]. ABV: 14.8%. Clear medium to light yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to heavy honey, wood, alcohol, sharp, ruff, sweet honey. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, honey, ruff, boozy, sweet honey. Body is medium, texture is syrupy to watery, carbonation is flat, finish feel is warming and light alcoholic. [20190914] 6-2-6-3-14

Blond colour. Sweet aroma, almos medicinal. Sweet flavour with some honey, almonds, light citrus acidity, light medicine.

Light gold. Has a strong alcohol note, nice floral honey. This is really rich syrupy stuff, with a nice floral accent. Good quality, rich sticky finishing mead.

100mL bottle, pours a clear pale blonde, no head. Aroma is quite complex, with elegant honey nectar and a little treacle. Flavour is along the same lines, with honey nectar, light vanilla, and brown sugar. Not an overly elegant or complex beer, but it's very nicely constructed.
