Flaske fra Holmens imoortkoffert, delt på Vaaland Bryghuus. Nesten klar kobber med højt skum som varer. Gress, urter og sommereng i god kombinasjon. Fin, frisk og lett gressaktig bitterhet i ettersmaken fra de tsjekkiske edelhumlene.

Bottle shared with BG, JFE and JMD at Vaaland Bryghuus. Fine beige head and lacing. Aroma and taste of fine Czech hops, meadows, fresh grass and pilsner malt. Lively mouthfeel. Grassy bitterness is lingering on.

Finally, a beer at Beergeek Bar I don't have to add here. Geez. Dark golden body, white head. Pungent aroma, definitely a lot of herbal notes, but with a solid fruity ester presence and some phenolics, while remaining pleasant. The yeast did its job well here. Sweetish taste, estery-peachy-caramelly-herbal getting countered by a buildup of well integrated bitterness. Well made crossover beer.

Taste is medium sweet malt, grainy, some buttery notes, medium spicy and herbal grassy Noble hops, medium bitterness, dry finish. Medium bodied, soft carbonation. Aroma is of some malt and caramel, bit biscuit but mostly medium+ citrus, tangerine, fruity and floral hops, pretty fresh. Taste is medium sweet malt, biscuit, bit caramel, moderate citrus, pine and fruity hoppiness, medium bitterness, dry finish. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, oily-resiny. Very nice surprise from a PET bottle, quite fresh and hoppy. (PET bottle, Pivonka, Hradec Kralove)
