Description
Since we started in 2015, we wanted to build an independent, modern brewery in our beloved city of Berlin. But building a buisness is difficult, so we started as contract brewers and brew our core assortment in the Hohenthanner Schlossbrauerei. Now, we count the days till we can brew all of our beers in our own production brewery close to the Berlin S-bahn in Neukölln. Follow us on Instagram and Facebook for regular updates!

Bottled. Thanks Ryan! Misty ochre body, white head. Oxidated, sharp, yeasty aroma, white grapes? raisins? Fruity, bready, musty. Sourdough bread and citric tartness initially come with light yoghurty notes backed by high, sparkly carbonation, edged with light oxidation, prompting me to say I actually liked it, but sip after sip everything fell apart completely, joining the unappealing aroma in a yeasty, lacto, lighty bready mess. Past its prime definitely. Oh welll. Actually, rating it slightly higher than the experience was.

Funky smell. Somewhat dry aftertaste. Not boozy, despite 7.6%
