On tap at Klub Malych in Plzen. Pours a hazy, deep amber with some creamy, off white head. Nose is sweet, honey, malty, a little biscuit, cracker. Flavor has a lot of biscuit, some apple, a little pear, some orange, malt. Medium bodied, dry, lightly toasty finish.

Mein persönliches Lieblingsbier in der Kategorie Dunkles. Besonders im Innenhof der Hausbrauerei mit dem deutschsprachigen Postern als Deko und der ausnahmslos deutschen Speisekarte. Die Farbe läd richtig zum Aus- und der Geschmack zum Weitertrinken ein. Hätte ich nicht dringend weiter müssen, wäre ich fast deshalb im hauseigenen Hotel gestrandet...

Draft at the brewpub. An unclear golden beer with a lazing white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of wheat and cloves as well as light notes of fruit. The flavor is sweet with ntoes of wheat and cloves as well as lighter notes of bananas and lemons, leading to a very dry wheaty finish.

Draft at the brewpub. A hazy amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of malt, brewmash, and caramel, as well as light notes of citrus. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, straw, and hay, as well as a touch of citrus. OK without being great.

Draft at the brewpub. A very dark re-brown beer with a lazing tan head. The aroma is sweet with notes of malt, licorice, and straw, as well as light notes of roasted malt. The flavor is sweet malty and rather roasted combined with notes of licorice and lighter notes of herbs, leading to a dry and bitter finish. The body is a bit light.
