Do tego coolship (taca chłodnicza do piw fermentacji spontanicznej), mała linia do rozlewu piw dzikich, korkownica wraz z koszyczkownicą, infuzor do stosowania dodatków do piw czystych (kokos, kawa, kakaowiec, wanilia).
I tyle z tej technologii. Reszta to już tylko natura, czas i cierpliwość piwowara… 🙂

On tap at WBF 2025, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is dominated by the cherry liqueur barrel and orange peel, with plenty of sticky sugars and a touch of roast. Flavour marries the cocoa and orange peel convincingly, accentuated by the cherry liqueur. Not getting bourbon. Sweet, oily palate with a good cohesive of unusual flavours.

On tap at WBF 2025, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma has a nice bugginess, along with fermented out tropical fruits, mango, and citrusy passionfruit. Flavour has plenty of pineapple, citrus, and bugginess. Not particularly complex but dry enough and has some depth. Solid.

On tap at WBF 2025, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma indeed smells like a grodzeuze, with gentle smokiness, hay, and a touch of bugginess. I prefer regularly grodziskies but I applaud the effort here.
Magus, mõru, linnaseline, kohvine, šokolaadine, siirupine, alkone, karamelline. Ok.

On tap at Warsaw Beer Festival 2025. Pours murky dark brown. Tons of amburana and bourbon on the nose; a bit of glue. Flavour has a ton of amburana wood, iodine/dark soy sauce, glue. I like the amburana, but the base needs a lot of work.

On tap at Warsaw Beer Festival 2025. Pours hazy blonde. Bugs, cheerios, gentle acidity on the nose. Flavour has musty oak, some bugs, fermented fruit skins, cheerios, and a fair amount of acidity. A bit too acidic and pretty muddled; needs work.

On tap at Warsaw Beer Festival 2025. Pours very dark brown with a beige head. Dry roast, hazelnuts, and cocoa with woody barrels on the nose. Flavour has nice dry roast malt profile with nutty notes from the hazelnuts and a woody bourbon barrel character. Very nice.

On tap at Warsaw Beer Festival 2025. Pours dark brown with a beige head. Roasted malts, cocoa, and orange peel on the nose with notes from the bourbon and ginja coming through. Flavour has dry roasted malts, cocoa nibs, bitter orange peels, and boozy barrels. Nice.

On tap at Warsaw Beer Festival 2025. Pours hazy blonde with a white head. Very buggy nose with light smoke. Flavour has bugginess, light acidity, some wheaty malts; very little smoke. A really neat idea, but I think a plain old grodziskie would be better.
