Mazák Brewery from Dolní Bojanovice was founded in 2011.
The brewery was founded and continues to operate in the picturesque wine-growing village of Dolní Bojanovice, located in the Lower Moravian valley 8 km from the town of Hodonín.
Over the years, the technology was brought up to the current five-vessel brewhouse, in which the brewery is able to brew a batch with a volume of 1400L. The portfolio of the brewery consists of both classic Czech and German-style lagers, as well as top-fermented beers of the ALE type. To produce beer, it uses domestic malts and hops, as well as foreign hops, which are most often used in the production of special beers.

Tap at Pivní zastávka. Hazy full yellow body, off-white head. White grape leaning on white wine in the aroma, oats, light resin, bit of vanilla weirdly. Smooth light taste, white grape and light lime, bit grainy, heading into a bitter finish. Decent beer!

750ml Bottle - Golden yellow with a white head. Hop resins, grapefruit, pineapple and some hints of pine and melon in the aroma. Hoppy and slightly tangy taste with resinous hops, grapefruit and pineapple.

0.75l bottle, shared with Sima & David. Aroma is grainy, grassy and dusty. Pours clear straw color with medium sized soapy white head and average sparkling appearance. Taste starts refreshing grainy and yeasty, following is bready and grassy, mouthfeel is smooth but dry, while finish is pretty bitter. Medium body, thin creamy texture and soft carbonation in palate. BB 01/2027. Orange-golden colour, mid-sized white head. Aroma of hops and "fermenting fumes". Medium-bodied. Some caramalt, pine, resin, citrus in the flavour. A bit bready notes, so maybe it is 6 months old.

Tap at Labeerint, Ostrava. Murky golden bory, off-white head. Rubbery, resinous, lightly grapey aroma, some vague onion and herbs. Smooth soft lean resinous taste, lightly pellety, low low onion, finishes dry, not much bitterness. Nice ride really.

Tap at Kurník Šopa Poruba. Lightly hazy golden body, white head. Floral hoppy aroma, light strawberries, tropical touches, slightly minty. Lean, dry, bitter taste, some wild strawberries, slightly flat body, and a big bitterness in the finish. Hm. Started off promising, but the lack of carbonation and the elevated bitterness didn't work for it.
