Can at Peter’s, 23rd December 22. Pours a nice lemon yellow. Aroma is lemon, lemongrass. Taste is refreshing, bright, lemons, the Sabro comes through nicely, good APA

Can at home, from HOTM online, 23/12/22. Hazed orange with a good sized lasting just off white head. Nose is grass, airy malts, bitter orange, citric tinged straw, melon, papaya. Taste comprises orange zest, grass, toasted malts, ripe melon, pine nip. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with grassy hop bitterness. Not bad ... easy drinking ... bitter edge ... is it one I'd revisit in today's market? Probably not!

Can at home, 22nd December 22. Pours yellow orange. Aroma is sherbert, bright citrus. Taste is orange and citrus, quite refreshing and bright, nice stuff

A hazed dull golden orange coloured pour with a loose white head. Aroma is semi sweet sharp, orange rind, juicy,. Semi sweet,. Flavour si composed of semi sweet otsnge rind creamy, orange tangerine,. Vanilla. Palate is semi sweet, tangy. Moderate carbonation orange rind.

440ml can., Very dark brown almost black, tan head. Aroma of milk chocolate, roast malt. Taste is sweet, milk chocolate, some roast malt and a bit of caramel, needed more biscuity malt to sell the cookie flavours but otherwise solid. Pretty sweet, smooth.

440ml can, Hazy orange, white head. Aroma of ripe mango, peach, pine. Taste is sweet, fruity, overripe mango, peaches, pine, grapefruit, dank finish. Medium bodied. Good but a bit sweet I think.

16/12/2022. Can from Hopsters, Ipswich shared with Travlr. 12.5% abv (UT suggests this is a 2022 version). Pours black with a small frothy off-white to beige head. Aroma is chocolate, cocoa, peanut butter, toffee, vanilla fudge, raspberry jelly. Sweet with light roasted bitterness. Rich, full bodied, low carbonation. Very nice finisher for was a great day. 8485-17.42 25/3/2023. Can from Craft Metropolis, Penge. Shared at SBGP1. Earlier 11.0% abv version. Pours black with a small frothy tan coloured head. Aroma of dark chocolate, peanut, nougat, roasted malt, light ash. Moderate sweetness, with fairly heavy bitterness with was quite unlike the 2022 version. Medium to full bodied, sticky, soft carbonation. Rich finish. Enjoyed it but the later version at 12.5% shades it. 9384-17.41
