50cl bottle from Sip, Tallinn. Pours hazy golden with a fairly large, bubbely head. Fruity, lactic and wheaty aroma with hints of gooseberries. Moderate sweet with nice acidity almosty yogurty flavour and slightly salty finish. Pleasant and rather refreshing.

Bottle at Chris and Ruth’s pre-GBBF Shindig, 2016 (Sunday sesh.). Hazy gold pour with a white head. Lemon marmalade, lime and light spice aroma. Spice, vanilla and lemon rind flavour. Quite tasty.

500ml bottle. Quasi black colour with average to huge, thick, frothy to creamy, fairly lasting, moderately lacing, beige head. Herbal and slightly citrusy, hoppy aroma, roasty dark malty basis, hints of lemon, lemongrass, balm, tarragon-spiced mustard. Taste is citrusy hoppy, roasty dark malty background, notes of lemon, lemon zest, a touch of orange, some grassy hop as well, malty basis with cautious hints of liquorice and dark chocolate, a touch of mustard-like tartness throughout. Nice composition fighting somewhere in the bantam- if not flyweight regions.

0.5l bottle from face off in moscow. pours almost black with a steady beige head and a nice lacing. aroma of sprucy hops, citrus, and roast. flavour of lemon, spruce, salted caramel. much too sour. meh.
